During this comprehensive 60-minute intake appointment, we’ll review your medical history and full patient profile to assess the best path forward and recommend a Functional Fertility Membership Plan that gives you the best possible chance of fertility success.
Step 3: Choose Your Functional Fertility Membership Plan
After your New Patient Evaluation, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from one of three customized membership plans based on your needs, goals, and level of support you desire:
